User Agreement/Terms of Service (T.O.S.)
THE FOLLOWING
DESCRIBES THE TERMS ON WHICH ASK THE PROVIDER OFFERS YOU ACCESS TO OUR
SERVICES.
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract
between you and Ask The Provider and applies to your use of the Ask The
Provider Family Home Child Care Online Database service and any related
products and services available through www.asktheprovider.com (collectively
the "Service"). If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and
conditions of this Agreement, please do not use or access our Services.
You must read, agree with, and accept all of the terms and conditions
contained in this Agreement and the Privacy Policy, which include those
terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by
reference, before you may become a member of Ask The Provider. We strongly
recommend that, as you read this Agreement, you also access and read the
information contained in the other pages and websites referred to in this
document, as they may contain further terms and conditions that apply to you
as a Ask The Provider user.

these pages and websites. By accepting this Agreement, you also agree that

that I/we are a family home child care facility in the Cities of Osseo or Maple Grove, Minnesota and that I/we will upon request by the parent, provide any licensing, insurance or other pertinent information

that I/we will not impersonate any person or entity; falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; intentionally omit, delete, forge, or misrepresent transmission information, including headers, return mailing, and Internet protocol addresses; or otherwise manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Ask The Provider web site
I/we further agree that Ask the Provider, and anyone else involved with the management of this site are not responsible for any activities or interactions that may occur based on the information listed on this site.
As providers, I/we will not be required to give any information than I/we feel comfortable sharing during online search requests, however the information collected as described on the Provider Details Form determines the actual number of searches returned. My/our name, address and telephone number will not be shared directly during online search requests, and will be given out only by myself/ourselves if requested by a parent prior to an interview.
I/we are submitting this information willingly and agree to abide by all financial terms and conditions as follows:

Persons seeking Daycare or other childcare related information contained in The Service understand that Ask The Provider does not rate, endorse, recommend or otherwise vouch for the validity or accuracy of childcare information obtained from this web site. Furthermore, Ask The Provider is not responsible for any injury and/or trauma, physical and/or emotional in nature, sustained at any time by children or minors in your guardianship by any daycare organization and its’ employees, independent or represented nanny, or any other childcare provider listed in The Service.
