How does it work?

We welcome all providers from the Osseo and Maple Grove areas. You may be licensed or legally-unlicensed. You provide this site with very basic information regarding your in-home child care program by using the following form. This form adds your details to our database. The information you provide can be updated regularly, at anytime by you. The administrator of the AskTheProvider site has your user id and password stored if you should forget them.

At this time we are only able to list openings for providers in the Osseo and Maple Grove areas.

Please remember your User ID and password. Together these will be your "keys" into the Ask The Provider Database from now on.

We will not share, sell or in any way pass on your email information, however data is sent in plain text to our servers. It is possible for this information to be intercepted. Never send any sensitive data to our servers through the form on this page.

Comments:

Anything you'd like parents to know about you or your program. For example if you offer special services (busing to local activities or school, weekend care, field trips etc.) what preschool program you provide, training you have taken. Also, you can note in this area if you have an opening for a specific day of the week only. (These comments will appear in the search results)

By submitting my provider information to the Ask The Provider Online Database I verify that I am a licensed/legally unlicensed child care provider in the city of Osseo or Maple Grove, Minnesota, and I have read and agree to the Terms of Service/User Agreement.

Troubleshooting:

I am getting a "Cannot update the database" message when I submit my data.

Verify your user id is correct. The database will not allow identical user names.
